Since the 1960’s our beautiful region has been known as Summerland, stretching from Tweed Heads to Yamba, from Byron Bay to Kyogle, and all towns and villages in-between. The name originated as a colloquial description for the region being a popular place to live or visit in the Summer time and of course all other seasons as well.
